Cold Smoked Akaroa Salmon on Blini with wasabi infused crème fraiche, on a small yeasted pancake, finished with black sesame seeds, lemon flesh & fresh herbs.

Chilli & Lime Tostada Deconstructed salsa of jalapeno, coriander, mint, avocado, radish, spring onion & cherry tomatoes and chilli & lime crema, on a baked tortilla triangle. GF V

ON WHOLEGRAIN CROSTINI

Rare Roast Beef & Horseradish Thinly sliced rare-roasted NZ beef & Mandy’s horseradish cream, caramelized onion marmalade & crème fraiche. Garnished with chives & lemon zest, and resting on toasted artisan bread squares. GF

Balsamic Figs & Parma Ham Thin slices of sweet Italian prosciutto, figs marinated in a rich balsamic reduction, and crumbled Gorgonzola – an intense creamy Italian blue cheese. On a seeded wholegrain crostini base. GF

Beetroot Marmalade & Chevre Sweet roasted beetroot marmalade is paired with a flavoursome French goat’s milk feta, on toasted artisan bread squares. GF, V
